Pancake Day!!

Hello everyone,
For today's blog post as it is Shove Tuesday (Pancake day) we thought we would post our pancake recipes and how to plan the perfect pancake breakfast/ desert party.

Recipe:
200g of Flour
300 ml of milk
3 eggs

Whisk all the mixture up and then get a saucepan put it on the hob and put it on a high heat. When the pan is hot pour a small amount of oil and spread it around the pan by rotating it. You then need to pour a small amount of the mixture onto the pan and then rotate the pan so the mixture spreads. When you think the mixture has cooked enough on one side flip the pancake and leave it to cook and then just keep repeating until you think that your pancake is ready to eat. If you are vegan there are recipes online that you can use and follow that are good.

We had the whole family home as we are not normally all in the house at the same time to sit down and have food as we have school work, work and other commitments but it was really nice that we all made time to sit down and have a catch up whilst stuffing our faces with pancakes. As you can see from the photos we set the table and got everything out that we might need to create the best pancakes ever, and I can tell you that they were amazing!

Some of the things you may want to buy or get out of the cupboard or fridge is:
A pot of Nutella or chocolate spread
Golden syrup
Lemon juice
Sugar
Fruit - we had strawberries, raspberries, bananas and blueberries.

We also decided to put out coconut shredded pieces and it went amazing with the Nutella.

We had a pot of tea and coffee on the table for whoever wanted it and we also had orange juice, pineapple juice and apple juice.
